Who we are

AdLyra is an advertising operations and reporting platform operated by Abstraction Media. This policy explains how AdLyra processes information when you use the service or connect a Meta advertising account.

Information we process

• Account information such as your name, email address, organization, and role.
• Meta OAuth tokens and the advertising accounts you choose to connect.
• Advertising account, campaign, ad set, ad, delivery, spend, and performance data made available through the Meta Marketing API.
• Operational data you enter in AdLyra, including show, campaign, budget, link, and reporting information.
• Security and technical logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide reporting and campaign-management features, connect advertising data to shows, maintain account security, provide support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and retention

Information is available to authorized members of your AdLyra organization and to service providers used to host and operate the platform. We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve security and billing matters. Disconnecting Meta stops future synchronization.

Your choices and data deletion

You may disconnect Meta inside AdLyra and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request process.
