Disconnect Meta
An organization owner or administrator can stop future Meta synchronization from the Meta Ads access section in AdLyra. You may also remove AdLyra from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
Request deletion
Email oop@woop.com.ua with the subject “AdLyra Data Deletion Request”. Send the request from the email address associated with your AdLyra account and include your organization name. Do not include passwords, Meta access tokens, or other credentials.
What happens next
We will verify that you are authorized to act for the account, confirm the scope of the request, and delete or de-identify the relevant account and Meta-derived information unless retention is required by law, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations. We will acknowledge the request and provide a status update within 30 days.
